Your tasks

  • Comprehensive planning, management, and implementation of projects across all project phases
  • Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and functional departments to ensure optimal market alignment of projects
  • Active customer support, including consulting, needs analysis, and the development of customized project solutions
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the scope of ongoing and new projects
  • Responsible for preparing proposals, cost estimates, and follow-up in collaboration with Sales
  • Ensuring compliance with time, budget, and quality targets
  • Conducting project and client presentations
  • Preparation of project status reports and regular reporting to management
  • Managing external service providers and internal project teams
  • Actively contributing to the further development of processes, products, and services

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, project management, sales, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management with a sales focus
  • Demonstrable experience in customer-focused work and in dealing with decision-makers
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methods (traditional and/or agile)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

  • Strong sales and customer focus
  • High degree of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Dynamic, assertive personality with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
