Strategic environmental management
Sustainability is more than just a buzzword for us—it is part of our corporate strategy. With ISO 14001 certification, we are committed to structured environmental management that goes far beyond legal requirements.
Our goal:
- Minimize environmental risks
- Conserve resources
- Continuously improve environmental performance
This certification forms the basis for our personal responsibility and commitment to environmental protection in our operations. We understand sustainability as an ongoing process that combines innovation, efficiency, and responsibility.
Member of the UN Global Compact
We are part of the UN Global Compact and are therefore committed to the ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and corruption prevention. This commitment reinforces our responsibility to actively implement sustainable business practices and contribute to a sustainable society.
Support for the 17 SDGs
We support the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a global framework for a livable future. They help us to think holistically about key ecological, social, and economic challenges and to align our business activities in a responsible manner. We have identified the SDGs that are relevant to us with the help of a double materiality analysis.
Taking responsibility for the environment and society
- CO₂ footprint: We analyze and reduce our CO₂ emissions through energy-efficient processes.
- Ecovadis: Our sustainability performance is regularly assessed by Ecovadis.
- Recycling: We use recyclable materials and promote recycling in production.
- Life cycle assessment: We take the entire life cycle into account right from the product development stage.
This enables us to create solutions that are not only technically impressive, but also sustainable.
